For our client, an international company in Canton of Zug we are looking for

Tasks
  • Direct and oversee the global tax tasks;
  • Ensure compliance of global tax processes with existing relevant international and national tax laws;
  • Plan and manage an efficient tax compliance process and maintain audit-ready work papers, implement Internal Tax Control System;
  • Lead, coordinate and review transfer pricing studies in accordance with tax authority documentation requirements including country by country reporting and tax technical support, data analysis, financial modeling and forecasting on all matters relating to transfer pricing and global tax strategy;
  • Work with the country finance directors in all corporate tax matters affecting the activities of company and its Subsidiaries;
  • Leading tax related projects and contribute towards rationalization projects;
  • Demonstration initiative and a willingness to drive the development and continuous improvements in tax policies, processes and systems;
  • Servicing as a primary point of contact with external international tax advisors;
  • Management and mentor Tax Compliance Department and provide collaborative support to Tax Departments of subsidiaries;
  • Review contracts and work with legal, accounting, and other teams to ensure contracts align with International’s operating structure of the company.
Requirements
  • University degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance;
  • 10+ years Big-4 tax advisory or in-house experience in an international company with focus on international tax considerations and transfer pricing;
  • Expertise in managing tax audits;
  • Strong technical knowledge in international tax and transfer pricing;
  • Strong accounting, project management and analytical skills;
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, assertive, persistent and pragmatic person;
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities and cultures in a tactful and mature manner;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • Fluent in English (written & oral), Russian / German language skills are a strong advantage;
  • CH/EU-passport or a valid working permit in Switzerland is a must.
