Traffic Operator with English and Russian skills (m/f) (Kanton Zug)

For our customer, an international company in Canton of Zug, we are seeking a bright, motivated, hardworking individual as:

Traffic Operator with English and Russian skills (m/f) 100% (Kanton Zug)

Tasks
  • Supporting and monitoring all operational aspects in close coordination with Trading Department and Head of Operation;
  • Managing a supply chain from producers, suppliers and warehouses to customers;
  • Handling import/export Letters of Credit;
  • Contacting the suppliers, service providers, banks and customers on a daily basis;
  • Organizing vessels, barges, containers and trucks shipments in cooperation with the external shipping and logistic providers.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in Commodity Trading/Logistics/ Freight forwarding industry;
  • Familiar with international transport documentation;
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian (written & spoken fluently);
  • Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
  • You are resident of Switzerland with CH/EU-passport or a valid working permit.
