Market Developer – Commercial Processes & Tools for Business Enablement Agile Unit

The Market Developer will be part of the Market & Portfolio Discovery Ecosystem Agile Team. The mission of this Agile Team is to provide and promote to Solutions & Enabler Agile Teams the best environment to take data-driven business decisions, launch portfolio and collaborate with customers successfully. Reporting line: to the Market Development Management Chapter Leader Location: Global, with a preference for European countries

Your responsibilities

  • Enable the identification and acquisition of business opportunities, managing and promoting the adoption of tool(s) that enable scouting on new potential business opportunities / customers.
  • Provide analysis to support the identification of gaps/white spots and the development of new portfolio and of cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate on generation of value proposition for new and existing portfolio, managing and promoting the adoption of tool(s) for value proposition creation.
  • Partner with internal customers (Local Sales Organizations, Solutions and Enablers Agile Units) to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness of the activities. Proactively highlight roadblocks and propose mitigation actions.
  • Lead market launch framework orchestration and process; ensure efficient and effective execution together with the global and local sales teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement via collection of feedback with Net Promoter Score (NPS) from internal customers (Local Sales Organizations, Solutions and Enablers Agile Units) and iterations on the approach.
  • Join internal working groups/communities to share best practices, processes, and market information

Your background

  • Ideally, Master’s Degree in Engineering and minimum 8 years of experience in Market development / Product Marketing or Product Management roles, working with global teams
  • Experience in acting as stakeholder (data originator or approver) in market data collection process as a plus.
  • Ability to build and leverage network, good stakeholder management across all levels within the organization. Good team player, willing to work in a network of teams, with an understanding of agile way of working.
  • Ability to manage change and influence people, capability to listen to all the stakeholders’ voices and transform them into actionable requirements.
  • Highest integrity and compliance.
  • Strategic and result oriented.
  • Intercultural skills and outstanding English communication – both verbal and written.
