You will work close to current and important sustainability issues, which Clariant Additives is particularly involved to with its global circular plastics economy initiative.Supporting Global Marketing ActivitiesYour main responsibilities include:

• Development of marketing strategies to identify and develop growth potential in market segments of the Business Line Performance Additives
• Development of market and competition analysis to position the additive portfolio
• Maintenance and communication of competitive information
• Development of value proposition and services
• Execution of pricing strategies (e.g. value-based pricing)
• Product launches
• Creation of promotional material for marketing the additive portfolio for plastics, paints and varnishes

It

• Maintenance and ongoing development of SharePoint team sites for performance additives
• Integration and adaptation of new IT systems
• Maintenance of existing IT systems (e.g. CRM, MS Power BI)

Administration

• Preparation and implementation of training courses, presentations and workshops
• Preparation of routine administrative processes (e.g. regional situation meetings, monthly reporting templates, monthly team meetings, quarterly key account reporting)
• Identification, implementation and control of improvement opportunities in all BL PA workflows

• are Bachelor (ideally already in a higher semester) or Master student, preferably in chemistry/business or marketing or
• are looking for an entry into the labour market after studies
• have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• are Fluent in English, German is an advantage
• possess analytical thinking
• are sociable, studious and a good team player,
