We provide high-quality services to Swiss healthcare professionals so that patients can be provided with top-notch solutions that improve their quality of life.We are looking for a MARKETING TRAINEE ONCOLOGY (German, French, English)Starting date: September 2023 for 1-year internship.Responsibilities & TasksMarketing Trainee to support the oncology marketing team on execution of the operational plan. With guidance from supervisor/brand manager, the marketing trainee closely collaborates with the local cross-functional brand team to learn the marketing processes and help the team achieve their goals.A Marketing Trainee
  • develops a good knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area, the key scientific data related to the products and the main competitors to support the commercial strategies with guidance from supervisor/brand manager.
  • Understands market landscapes in Switzerland, including the science behind the products, the competitive development efforts and the value needs of patients, caregivers, and physicians.
  • Supports the development and launch of promotional materials together with our internal and external players and implement Omnichannel Engagement (OCE) tactics.
  • Participates to the marketing team’s governance (locally and internationally).
QualificationsUniversity degree, Master’s degree or PhD in health/medical/scientific subject (e.g. life sciences) or economics/marketing, you have a strong interest to work in the pharmaceutical area.Your are fluent in German or French, with a good command of the other language as well as English. You are goal, solution oriented, you enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging but fun environment. You have the ability to move work forward, even in the face of ambiguity.
