MISSION
Ensure accurate, consistent, and up-to-date master data across the LEMO Group. Collaborate with all relevant departments, implement policies, and monitor compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement and maintain a data governance program, defining policies and standards for accurate and secure master data.
- Coordinate data cleansing efforts, correcting errors and redundancies with business units and IT teams.
- Serve as a reference point for data migration in the ERP program.
- Develop and maintain data cleansing procedures, tools, and techniques to ensure up-to-date and consistent master data.
- Enable efficient business operations and decision-making through effective master data management.
- Implement a strategy aligned with organizational goals, including data quality standards and access controls.
- Establish processes for creating, maintaining, and distributing master data.
- Develop and maintain data models and taxonomy to support effective management.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across systems.
- Monitor data quality metrics and take corrective actions. Resolve data-related issues and provide guidance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize master data requirements.
- Provide training and support on best practices in master data management.
PROFILE
- Master’s degree in a related field or relevant certifications.
- 5-7 years of experience in data management.
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and modeling.
- Experience in implementing master data management strategies.
- Proficiency in French, English, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management abilities.
