What does Master@IBM offer you?
Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of consulting (combined with an appropriate salary), which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master’s degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master’s thesis in collaboration with your department.

Who are we looking for?
For our in-job master’s program, we are looking for highly motivated students from economics or business management. In addition to a good bachelor’s degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us. Are you a highly committed and motivated person with organizational talent, networked thinking, and a confident appearance in a dynamic environment? Your main tasks will be:
General support the IBM Consulting General Manager, which means:

• preparing internal and external presentations for meetings
• managing the IBM Consulting Switzerland communication
• preparing internal meetings
• support weekly business cadence calls
• analyzing data and provide insight and recommendations
• supporting the IBM Consulting Switzerland General Manager in ad-hoc projects

The main requirements are:

• Fluent in English and German verbal and in writing
• Excellent Microsoft Office user (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Self-driven, independent, responsible working
• Goal-oriented, independent working style
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Work in a precise, careful and well-structured way
