The role supports, maintains, develops and innovates the Global
Field Devices (GFD) product portfolio. The Offering Management Specialist supports offering management activities of life cycle management, portfolio reviews, pricing as well as product development activities - NPI ownership, VOC, product launches, etc.

The person will be working hand in hand with the Senior Offering
Managers. This role is expected to prepare the candidate for becoming a Senior Offering Manager in a couple of years.

Tasks

Key Activities/Elements:
  • Support the SIOP process, liaising with Demand Planning, Manufacturing:
  • Production Volume Forecasting
  • Assist Balancing Production Planning and Allocation with Demand
  • Supports product/component phase in/out
  • Track performance reporting on the assigned Portfolio of products, drive corrective actions whereas necessary
  • Ensure that any NPI will be properly setup in SAP and ready for being launched to the market.
  • Coordination of pricing activities with the pricing team.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations & Marketing teams to support successful BTI launches and NPI targets achievement
Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Fluent in English and German
WE VALUE

  • Some Marketing experience in B2B.
  • Experience of working in matrix, multi-national organizations, preferably in high technology and B2B channel structure.
  • Understanding of the role of offering management in a B2B environment.
