To support our DPR construction team in Visp, we are looking for you to assist the project and office site as a Field Office Coordinator. You will assist our project staff in all administrative matters and conscientiously control the project documentation. As a friendly and open personality with excellent communication skills you are the ideal team player and the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, visitors and partners. You recognize where things need to be done and proactively take the initiative. You are fluent in English and German and know how to build and maintain professional working relationships with all parties involved – whether colleagues, customers or suppliers. You will report to the overall Project Manager.

Your tasks
  • Administrative support of the project management and the team on site
  • Preparation of presentations or documents for European management team
  • Support in setting up new employees
  • Processing invoices
  • Be the first point of contact
  • Managing and filing project documents
  • Depending on your skills & interests: supporting the project team in more elaborate tasks (tracking contracts, managing prequalification process, assisting with change orders, etc.)
  • First point of contact for employees, clients, visitors and partners
  • Managing office supplies and consumables on site (inventory and purchasing), including office supplies and equipment
  • Planning events, such as anniversary parties, employee events, team building events, ordering lunches and coffee breaks, etc.
  • Dispatch/mail of letters and parcels
  • Looking after company cars and assisting with global mobility issues (company housing transfers)
  • Liaison with facilities coordinator and janitorial service
  • Taking care of People in the office and on site (being attentive to what can be done to create a positive, welcoming work atmosphere in the DPR spirit)
What You Bring
  • Must-criterion: Fluency in German and English (at least C1 written and oral)
  • Open and welcoming personality

  • Problem solving oriented
  • Proactive and efficient
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong team player
  • 2 years of experience as a project or team assistant in an international environment
  • Able to deal with stressful situations – while keeping the control and a smile :)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability and motivation to work and succeed in a challenging project environment
