Your Role and Responsibilities

The IBM Client Innovation Centre (CIC) is an innovative and exciting part of IBM, working as IBM Consultings’ technical delivery partner. We continually innovate for our customers, employees and shareholders. Our Technical Skills range from Application Development (Java, Front End, Full Stack, DevOps), Testing Services, Technical Support through to Microsoft. In addition to our technical expertise we can cover Delivery through Project Managers & Project Analysts, Business or Data Analysts.

Your impact:

In this role you will work as a Business Process Management Developer for one of our clients in the banking sector. You will be part of a team and will be responsible to gather the requirements from the business analysts as well as the implementation and testing. Your main technologies will be Appway 9, Java 13, Tomcat, Hibernate, JavaScript and Oracle DB.

• Technical analysis, code, test and release changes
• Write complex sql queries, macros store procedure etc.
• Handle BAU activities, including identifying and resolving bug fixes, configuration management and maintenance
• Run and coordinate releases of software deployments
• Be an ambassador of code quality

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Oracle PL SQL/Golden Source Developer to perform development and maintenance

• Experience in performance tuning, DB table design and Stored Procedure, Package, Function development experience.
• Experience in Linux and UNIX shell scripting.
• Experience in developing codes in Databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, including development of code in PL SQL.
• Experience in Private banking/Securities Master/Reference Data
• Good understanding the customer requirements and able to work independently
• Should always meet the customer expectations, by Acquiring knowledge on customers’ business processes and enhancements
• Working knowledge on Waterfall/Agile methodology
• Experience on Jira
• Effective communication skills
• Swiss or EU nationality
• Good understanding of English and French

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge/experience of GoldenSource software and MDX programming
