We are recruiting for a major Tech company. We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager (SMB) as part of the SMB team focuses on creating demand through partners with small and midsized customers and translating opportunities into closed cloud revenue with our sales teams.
You in this role would be accountable for driving a solid execution of partner campaigns and high-quality engagement across SMB roles to drive throughpartner marketing impact. This would include planning, execution and optimization of digital and traditional marketing campaigns and programs for partners. Furthermore, you would pro-actively engage and ready our partners on Digital Marketing and ensure strong cloud modern marketing/digital marketing plans, aligned to a strong cloud customer journey.
Key responsibilities
  • Partner Planning
  • Set-up of partner marketing campaigns to drive cloud revenue and new customer acquisition
  • Campaign communication to partners, selection of the right partners, briefing of partners on campaign
  • Creation of marketing assets that partners can use on our cloud products Campaign execution
  • Ensure smooth execution of local and global campaigns, being measured on the number of generated leads, revenue impact and partner performance.
  • Coordinate campaigns with internal and external stakeholders Requisition Qualification 45 EMEA Procurement Partner Marketing Enablement
  • Drive Partner’s marketing impact in “Cloud” by building their digital marketing capabilities (social, web, mobile, search) and usage of the customer journey
  • Assist Partners in maximizing their lead opportunities by optimizing the utilization of Lead Tools
  • Organise and run partner events to build a community around the SMB-focused partners
Knowledge and experience needed
  • Strong modern marketing expertise (experience in channel marketing beneficial)
  • Partner ecosystem and IT industry insights and knowledge of partner business models
  • Program management experience building, scaling and landing marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to build insights that drive the right enablement activities
  • Passion to succeed in a quickly changing business environment showing thought-leadership in driving cloud partner transformation
  • Possess excellent collaboration and teamwork skills to improve alignment of content and engines across multiple groups
  • Obsessed and committed to optimal partner and customer satisfaction
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
  • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
  • Has worked as marketer at least one year
Languages: German (fluent) and English (fluent), French (basic)
