The POS Product Manager Supports The Development Of- iPPOS roll-out
- New POS tool roll-out
Your Responsibilities
- Collect feedback on the POS system from the field
- Finalize the requirements to be transmitted to IT
- Test in quality the maintenance/upgrade solutiosn from a business point of view before they go into production
- Support the Field manager with the training material with respect to the POS system
- Liaise with IT, BAs and Retail Managers to collect uncovered needs and ensure that the CRM and Retail culture is properly fulfilled by the POS tool
- Strong project management skills and hands-on approach
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to handle simultaneous tasks, complex projetcs in complex environments
- Attention to detail
- Retail culture
- Team work skills
- Data mindset and analytical skills
- Quantitative background (education)
- 4/5 years of experience
- Salesforce experience
- POS tool experience
- Fluent in English
