XR Tech’s mission is to create innovations that developers need to build Metaverse experiences that blend virtual and physical worlds, allowing people to feel connected with each other. Within XR Tech, the XR Presence team focuses on connecting people to physical and digital people, places, and things by democratizing the creation, deployment, and adoption of AI capabilities and services through the Presence Platform.

Product Manager - XR Tech Responsibilities:

  • Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
  • Mentoring and coaching of other PMs & Product Area Leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Deep experience building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience within an ambiguous domain.
  • Experience in strategic product thinking with the ability to understand product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience with A/B testing, defining KPIs, understanding with data and data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Machine Learning, Computer Vision
  • Background in Augmented, Virtual or Mixed Reality
  • Background in Mapping
