To optimize the conversion rates of our digital funnels at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

PRODUCT OWNER GROWTH / CONVERSION

(M/F/X — 100%)

The focus of this position is to own, develop and grow our digital and omnichannel sales and reach ambitious sales targets by optimizing and innovating on our digital products. You will work in our Digital Product organization and in close collaboration with the Product Owner Experience and Product Owner Retention as well as the operational E-commerce team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and deliver ambitious sales targets across IWC-owned online channels through continuous optimization and innovation on our purchase journeys: IWC.com, Call Center, Wholesale Partners, TMALL, WeChat
  • Active optimization of the user journey, taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements driving conversion
  • Set priorities and prepare for new growth driving projects / features and provide input for business requirements in line with strategic business plans
  • Own, prioritize and refine the e-business growth backlog, in line with the company’s strategic vision
  • Understand our customers’ problems and come up with pragmatic solutions
  • Be an agile and lean example with regards to speed and quality of engineering
  • Establish a data-driven decision-making culture within your team and among its stakeholders
  • Test and track results closely, define and measure success criteria and ROI for features, campaigns, products and ensure implementation of learnings
  • Influence commercial content calendar from content production to implementation to fulfill success measurement

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Passion for digital products, services and for problem-solving
  • >3 years of experience digital product management, digital project management or related fields
  • >3 years of experience in an e-commerce organization with a proven track record in digital sales growth and focus on conversion optimization and product management
  • Good understanding of agile product development principles and techniques (e.g. User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.) paired with experience in waterfall
  • Hands on, structured, analytical and client centric change evangelist with an experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • University Master Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English, German a plus
