Proclinical are recruiting a Project Leader for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Bulle, Switzerland.Responsibilities

• The Project Lead mission is to execute Bulle site Projects according to the site strategy and expectation.
• Bringing this added value, it allows the site to comply, to be safer, more efficient or to be prepared for its future missions and ambitions.
• Lead assigned projects, bring expertise and methodology to project management
• Lead projects according to guidance and agreed deliverables
• Ensure projects execution, reporting and documentation
• Ensure availability of up-to-date tools, competencies and processes
• Actively take part to initiatives impacting the overall performance of the site, especially in the project management expertise field
• Identify, propose and initiate new improvements contributing to the performance of the site (through the Smarter Ways or PMO system)
• Ensure that all work is performed according to cGMP requirements
• Ensure that all trainings are performed in the defined deadlines, in order to ensure continued and complete state of training for qualification/validation/transfer/verification activities
• Ensure the use of authorized documents for all activities
• Lead and participate to deviations and Change Controls as SME for team related subjects
• Actively take part in the application of the HSE policy (Health, Safety and Environment): respect of HSE rules (procedures, wear of Individual Protection Equipment, systematic use of safety elements)
• Report events (incidents and accidents) linked to HSE and ensure the identification of HSE events

Key Skills And Requirements

• Ability to translate the scope and constraints of the projects into deliverables and actions
• Ability to be a Project owner as defined in the Project Management Office (PMO),
• Ability to coordinate, to energize and to communicate on continuous improvement
• Ability to simplify processes
• Excellent understanding of a manufacturing plant subject to cGxP regulations and good knowledge of interactions between all functions
• Develop the team’s capacity, responsibility and competency,
• Guarantee that the objectives are reached with an adequate team spirit,
• Put in place an internal communication process within the project
• Ability to identify and communicate improvement routes supporting current or future businesses,
• Ability to measure, analyze and improve current performances and to project them into the future,

• Ability to analyze and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations,
• Ability to stabilize and bring under control the critical activities which do not meet expectations.

• Ability to move forward the team with the implementation of Operational Excellence, Project Management and improvement,
• Ability to benchmark and to communicate process performances,
• Ability to identify and replicate best practices.
