Job description:Main job tasks and KPIs I
- Daily Data Management of current and future ND programs and systems (Membership, Fellowship, Mentorship, etc) to ensure smooth and secure maintenance of data
- Manage or contribute to Salesforce Data quality improvement projects to ensure high data quality, accuracy, integration and security
- Support and supervise data cleaning activities for ND relevant IT systems and solutions
- Develop and provide relevant reports & analytics in the area of responsibility to enhance the different networks and core groups to take informed decisions (eg. Membership Reports, Faculty Reports, membership analytics,...)
- Coordinate the development of required Salesforce Data Reports in collaboration with ND teams and IT
- Support projects that are directed to enhance ND programs’ relevant IT systems and solutions
Educational requirements
- BSc or MSc in relevant field (Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent)
- Salesforce certification (desired)
Job experience
- Proven record of professional experience in CRMs data management in the field of Med-Tech, medical associations, or equivalent (2-3 years)
- Proven experience in working with Salesforce, Sitecore, ERP systems, or similar
- Proven experience in managing (IT) projects in collaboration with different internal stakeholders (without direct reporting line)

- Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders on all levels
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize work plans and handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and sudden changes
- Reliable, proactive and problem-solving attitude with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about continuous improvement, entrepreneurial and creative mindset to further enhance current ND IT systems and solutions
- High IT affinity
Language skills
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional languages would be an asset.
