Tasks

The Group is in an extremely exciting and challenging phase. The organizational structure is being strengthened by various new established functions at the headquarters. This also means for the newly created position of Project Manager Corporate Treasury the establishment of a global system with all the associated tools.

The Mission

Transforming the group treasury function from a decentralized setup into a centralized corporate treasury driving strategic decision-making around cash management. Envision and deploy a new operating model for the treasury function across the group including the evaluation and implementation of a banking communication and treasury management system combined with the rollout of a global cash pool structure.

Requirements

In order to be able to successfully master this global challenge, you need a professional background in treasury and preferably experience in setting up or project managing such a structure. As a person, you convince with your drive, your problem-solving skills, your social competences and your international mindset. You have the confidence to take on this task and to address this change in the worldwide subsidiaries and to inspire people for it.

In addition to excellent English skills, you can intensively use other language skills, if available, especially French, but also German, Chinese or Spanish. You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a straightforward, team-oriented and simply nice personality, and you are willing to work hands-on to drive this challenge forward.
