Vacancy: Project Manager PMO (f/m/x) - We are looking for a Project Manager for our client a multinational company in the Geneva area. This is an exciting opportunity to join their TMO team which is a global position located in the Head office. This would be a contract for 12-14 months. We are looking for a strategic thinker, a change champion and while working within a results driven, high performing team.The hire is carried out as employee leasing. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

Missions

  • Manage the portfolio-level benefits register, ensuring that all benefits are planned, monitored and benefits realisation is tracked
  • Implement the change control process across all projects and portfolios
  • Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Update and administer the programme plan as required using reports from Project Managers and the outcomes of project and executive level meetings and workshops
  • Manage communications from the TMO, including regular reporting cycle requests.
  • Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review
  • Providing effective management support to project teams on small to medium sized projects, or assisting Project Managers on streams of other large projects
  • Co-ordination of publication, review and sign-off of major Project deliverables
  • Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilisation is monitored
  • Managing key dependencies across major projects

Profil du candidat

  • PMP certificationwould be a big asset
  • 3-5 years working experience in cross-regional project management
  • An understanding of project management and planning skills
  • Design minded with some experience in creating and engaging presentations, willing to support interactive workshops, managing status meetings and presentations
  • Intermediate to advanced Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel skills
  • English is a must
