To support our Trade Marketing department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

PROJECT MANAGER MARKETING PRINTED MATERIAL

(M/F/X – 100%)

Responsible Project Manager for all the printed material developed within the Marketing Department. Responsible also to follow up on the logistic process and deliverables from the suppliers to the markets World Wide. The position is based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland within the department of Trade-Marketing at IWC Schaffhausen. Initial as a temporary position, potentially to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing cross departmental projects at brand publications level
  • Project Management of printed material: CRM cards, special packaging, workbooks.
  • Manage the requests from the marketing departments needs in terms of printed material
  • Management of annual orders from the local markets worldwide
  • Suppliers briefing, request and evaluation of offers in cooperation with the procurement department.
  • Handling and proofreading of translations
  • SAP and logistic coordination
  • Data asset management coordination

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or in advertising agency
  • Degree in German literature, Journalism or Marketing Communication is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Innovative thinking and proactive attitude
  • Exact, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details also in stressed situations and short deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury watch industry
  • Very service-oriented mindset
  • Hands-On mentality
  • Very communicative
  • German and English fluent
