Proclinical are recruiting a Project Manager (Packaging) for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Schaffhausen. The client is focused on producing healthier societies.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate development, application and authentication of the device assembly and packaging processes at commercial scale and rendering to outstanding examples and standard measures.
  • To guarantee equipment is precisely constructed, tested, installed and certified for use, you will partner with project engineers.
  • Distribute tech transfer report set in line with a suitable amalgamation of product and packaging design transfer processes, which involves a design transfer plan and document, control method, FMEA, equipment certification and process authentication, delivery testing, practices, proprieties, as-hoc test procedures, data analysis and summary papers.
  • To augment the design of device and primary container for commercial assemblage, packaging and delivery, the ideal candidate will collaborate with the Primary Container and Device development group (PCD).
  • In cooperation with internal associates and providers, you will seek optimal off-the-shelf and custom designed device components and secondary packaging resources solutions.
  • Assimilate client insights, standard platforms, and needs from numerous associates such as Research and Development (R&D), the international supply chain establishment and the manufacturing site.
  • Guarantee precise provisions and adequate controls are in place.
Skills & Requirements
  • Educated to a degree level in an engineering or science discipline.
  • Enjoyment of leading projects from beginning to end with a multifunctional team in an international setting.
  • Work towards determined objectives and resolve issues dynamically.
  • Communication skills with the ability to guide, motivate, offer input and inspire different teams virtually.
  • At least 5 years of experience in device and packaging operations, engineering, project management or R&D, ideally within a pharmaceutical, medical device or a fast-paced consumer goods organisation.
  • Fluency in the English and German language.
