In this part-time role, you will be responsible for supporting a key integrity Work Plan project team for the Process Automation Process Industries Division. Reporting directly to the division work plan PMO and functionally to the Division Lead Counsel, you will help ensure the success of the work plan from a division perspective in close collaboration with all members of the global leadership team (GLT), the Business Line (BL) GLTs and the function GLTs of our business in Process Industries.

Location: This position will be located in either Switzerland or the US. East coast is preferred due to time zones.

Your responsibilities
  • Together with the division work plan project team, sets and records the division work plan schedule, targets and activities for each quarter
  • Coordinating all elements of the division work plan and effectively oversees, monitors and controls work plan status and progress, reporting regularly to the division PMO and the division work plan team
  • Anticipating and initiates routine work plan tasks, both independently and as requested to ensure that the project achieves the expected results within the specified timeframe
  • Participating in division and business area calls and meetings
  • Coordinating with division comms teams, BL managers, division function heads, Division President, CFO and Lead Counsel to monitor and ensure all actions are implemented timely and that all evidence is provided to ensure that the division work plan objectives are met
  • Demonstrating and proactively applies immediate recovery actions to mitigate schedule delays
  • In liaison with the work plan PMO, reviews integrity communications, assesses their applicability to ADO (Azure DevOps) requirements and uploads evidence to AOL
  • Assisting to arrange integrity trainings, integrity campaigns in collaboration with Division Lead Counsel and division communications team
  • Providing integrity metrics from Power BI and similar tools and assists to identify trends
Your background
  • Appropriate qualification as a paralegal or project manager; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field would be “good to have”.
  • Several years project management or paralegal experience with strong, well-developed communication, organizational and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office package, use of Excel.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Up to 5% international travel may be required.
