YOUR TASKS:

As part of its strategy to strengthen its Human Resources department, the team is seeking for a support person in view of the implementation of a new HR tool;

You will be in charge of:
  • Development and management of HR tools;
  • Creation of handbooks for employee training on new tools;
  • Using apps;
  • Constant system holding;
  • Development and implementation of new processes on these tools;
  • Implementation and updating of our database on these tools;
Recruitment Support :
  • Writing ads and publishing on the various distribution channels;
  • Pre-selection of applications and follow-up with the teams;
  • Conducting HR interviews and writing minutes.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

The candidate should meet the following requirements :
  • Academic background (human resources, occupational and organizational psychology, or title/experience deemed equivalent);
  • HR training in Switzerland, preferably in Office;
  • Self-motivated and team player;
  • Proactive, organized and structured personality;
  • Absolute respect for confidentiality;
  • Very good command of French and good knowledge of English;
