CDD position for 4 years in Neuchâtel

Occupational Rate: 60-100%

CSEM is developing two Photonics Integrated Circuits (PIC) Platform: Photonics-MEMS Platform based on SiN waveguide many for sensing application and a LNOI (Lithium Niobate On Insulator) PIC platform targeting telecommunication, sensing and quantum technology. Those development are performed within many international and national collaboration through major public funded projects.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the public funded grants in Photonics as well as on some of the reporting follow-up of technical parts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Follow-up with legal and accounting on the preparation of the grant (CA, GA, OPS, Seri request, MySNF, EU Portal, ....)
  • Organization of the meetings with regards to these project (organization of travel arrangements, organization of meeting when CSEM is the organizer)
  • Follow-up the deliverable and milestones
  • Participation to the reports (technique and administrative): preparation of the draft of the various reports for deliverable and milestones (filling the none technical parts and dispatching the technical parts to the right people) as well as proof reading them
  • Organization of WPs under the responsibility of CSEM SA
  • Updating and keeping up with the Team challenge up with team channels and taking minutes/action points
  • Creating a summarized dashboard of action points for each project and tracking the progress

Your profile

Know-how
  • Good background in Physics (preferably in optic, photonics)
  • Good Project Management skills

Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, but willing to perform and develop within a team
  • Well structured and organised
