Lead and strengthen Marketing & Strategy in EEMEA translating market needs into long term initiatives, providing value added support to local Commercial teams including overseeing Market Development, Product launch activities, Market environment monitoring. Manage Regional Marketing & Strategy teams and all related activities with a focus on growing sales, market shares, and product penetration.

  • Plan and direct region marketing activities including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects with overall responsibility for meeting business objectives.

  • Set overall regional marketing strategy and provide input to Global Marketing Strategy.

  • Lead and guide strategy, including strategic alliances, which contribute to commercial growth and expansion. Lead in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies, best practices, alternative solutions, resolving issues, etc. in collaboration with cross functional and/or matrix teams.

  • Oversee the development tools to measure and report progress while utilizing output to drive the business and operational review process ensuring adherence to plans. Contribute to the monthly team update to communicate progress and performance highlights thereby contributing to buy-in and broad organizational connectivity

  • Direct activities in multiple areas with overall responsibility of developing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, recommending and implementing changes to methods through SME.

  • Mitigate/eliminate risk, direct and communicate highly complex strategies with internal and external parties related to EEMEA plans, campaigns, launches, programs, and initiatives.

    Develop and deliver executive level communication.


Education and Experience:


Bachelor’s Degree in preferably in a scientific, technical, quantitative or Finance (FP&A) field

12 years experience of work experience Required or Master’s Degree or equivalent 10 years years experience of related experience Required and
At least 3 years experience of direct experience in Marketing, Strategy, management consulting, business development, or sales leadership required

Experience working with a medical device company is an asset

Additional Skills:
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into a high-level strategic message, and to interpret internal/external business factors into recommendations and solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a range of professionals to help navigate through complex situations.
  • Proven expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, clinical and financial comprehension, strategic frameworks, and live presentations, with high attention to detail and output.
  • Ability to listen to stakeholders, discover unmet needs, develop strong rapport with audience, and be customer-focused.
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders/physicians preferred
  • Recognized as an expert in one or more areas with broad-based advanced knowledge within the organization
  • Expert understanding and interpretation of complicated market dynamics with the ability to identify and quantify market potential, and build business case with both business and financial analysis skills.
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Represents leadership on projects within multiple areas, interfacing with project managers, team and middle management
  • Consult in project setting within multiple areas, interfacing with low to middle management
  • Provides leadership to outsourcing partners on a task level, participates on small scale RFP
  • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Travel Requirements:
up to 30% % including attendance at major medical congresses
