Responsible for leading strategic initiatives for the business, by providing market/competitive intelligence in the strategic decisions.

Essential Job Functions :
1/ Develop, and maintain in-depth reviews and analysis of key strategic business issues, including exploring market and hospital dynamics, opportunity assessment, optimizing current business, and competitive landscape. Play an instrumental role in the design and execution of the annual strategic planning process with broad-based advanced knowledge within the organization. Support the preparation of the earning calls.

2/ Develop targeted Operations initiatives within Strategy or in partnership with particular Business Units (BUs).

3/ Lead the design and delivery of key strategic initiatives identified by the Executive Leadership Team and provide recommendations for decision-making that affect sub-function, area(s), and/or team(s). Serve as trusted partner to Strategy LT members and BU Operations leaders; develop recommendations to enhance EW Operations performance and capabilities. Sales effectiveness strategy, ad hoc analysis and recommendation.

4/ Develop presentations and tools to facilitate communication of findings and recommendations to internal and external audiences.

5/ Collaborate with other business units and functions in order to identify potential synergies and joint opportunities.

6/ Synthesize competitive and market trend intelligence into actionable alternatives to support business objectives.

Required Education/Skills/Experience:
3+ years strategic consulting experience in big 4

Strong analytical and financial skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and dissect markets, competition and industry trends.

Expert understanding and interpretation of complicated market dynamics with the ability to identify and quantify market potential, and build business case with both business and financial analysis skills

Strong analytical ability with a high degree of accuracy

Good written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills

Experience in health care is strongly preferred

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

Expert understanding of related aspects of processes and/or systems

Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate value to the business

Ability to listen to stakeholders, discover unmet needs, develop strong rapport with audience, and be customer-focused.

Strict attention to detail

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
