The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our QA Validation organization, we are currently looking for a Team Lead for Process Validation in the chemical plants. In this role, you will be QA responsible for manufacturing process validation in the small molecules plants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the QA validation team for the process validation in the chemical plants

  • Ensuring the harmonization and compliant procedures in the chemical plants

  • Participating in audits and inspections

  • Preparing process specific validation documents (protocols, reports, periodical reviews)

  • Assessing change requests and deviations

Key requirements:

  • Master of Science or PhD in chemistry

  • Several years of experience with the validation of chemical processes

  • First experience leading teams would be preferred

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work towards deadlines

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and fluency in German (preferred)
