As part of the Quality Systems and Services Department, the Quality Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic projects related to Quality Topics

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading quality related projects (eg. New SAP blue print implementation, improvement of supplier management process)

  • Defining the gaps, implementing processes related to projects in scope.

  • Providing QA guidance for defined projects

  • Own and coordinate principles and activities related to projects in scope

Key requirements:

  • Ph.D., Master of Science, Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a scientific field (pharmaceutics, chemistry, biologics)

  • Solid experience in regulated pharmaceutical / chemical industry

  • In-depth understanding of quality systems

  • Proven leadership skills and effective use of hard and soft skills in all aspects of management including conflict resolution, team building, decision making etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required, German fluent)
