Proclinical are currently supporting a strategic SAP Project within the Logistics and Warehouse Management division of a Pharmaceutical business. The client is seeking a project manager / consultant with excellent SAP knowledge to advise on the implementation and own key areas of execution. The offices are in Valais and the role is is a hybrid role with time on site and remote. It is on a contract basis for 8 months initially with a good chance of extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help insure successful execution of strategic logistics project for the introduction of SAP EWM from WM.
  • Preparation and implementation of SAP process optimizations.
  • Integration of process changes into the SAP overall logistics processes.
  • Setup of logistics processes and SAP connection to external service providers.
  • Collaboration and support in various logistics projects as relates to SAP and software integrations.
  • Analysis, evaluation and optimization of existing logistics SAP processes.
  • Analysis of current warehouse processes. Stocks and movement data.
  • Creation of development specifications.
  • Coordination and execution of test activities in the project.
  • Key user training.
  • Guidance of additional junior / external resource as required.
Those Who Apply Will Need
  • Know-how in the SAP modules MM, WM and ideally EWM.
  • Logistics knowledge as related to SAP ideally within pharmaceutical / related industries.
  • SAP project experience - BA/PM/Consultant.
  • Understanding of master data and processes.
  • Business fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Business fluent in German would be beneficial.
