An exciting and meaningful role within the important and growing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) segment of Private Banking Central America located in Zurich. You will have the unusual chance to become a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner for the Senior Relationship Manager, working in a small and dynamic team. You are part of a highly motivated team in an international, dynamic and diverse environment in one of the most attractive and strategic segments with growth opportunities. You set goals and prioritize activities to maximize business growth and client satisfaction as well as establishing credibility and trust, maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. You are be in touch with our clients as well as with our bank-internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal) on a daily basis, and handle complex account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations) for offshore clients and execution of all tasks and processes of the life-cycle of a Private Banking account. You drive negotiations with internal interfaces and build positive relationships across the bank and industry. In this role you act as a sparring partner to support Relationship Managers and Investment Consultants to further develop their business and be in daily contact with our internal specialists and partners (products, asset management, compliance, credit)
As a Client Manager you will develop a keen understanding and take the overall operational responsibility of the handled client book, including the coordination and management of risk and compliance topics

Your skills and experience


You’ll be a good match, if you have:

  • A completed banking apprenticeship with further education or university degree and at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • You possess profound knowledge of Private Banking processes as well as complex account openings and maintenance
  • You are committed to taking responsibility for maintaining the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture in order to meet the bank’s policies and obligations
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and high level of customer orientation that enables you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships with your clients
  • You have a strong ability to cope with pressure and a high level of proactivity, flexibility and responsibility
  • Having completed the SAQ certification (or currently in the process of completing it) would be an asset.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish are required; German would be an asset
