About The Role

A senior position within the Compliance Program & Projects team, the role will have an emphasis on governance, awareness and prevention. The Senior Compliance Manager will provide guidance and support to Compliance Operations for effective and efficient implementation of the Compliance Program. The third-party due diligence process is a core responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Management of digital applications for Compliance processes, including responsibility for the group-wide third-party due diligence process
  • Development and coordination of the Group-wide training concept
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators for the Compliance Program
  • Project management
Your Profile

Education / Qualification
  • Legal, Compliance, Finance or Business management degree
  • Excellent academic credentials
Experience
  • A minimum of 6 years relevant experience working with first class international consulting / accounting or law firms and/or compliance functions in dynamic multinational corporations
  • Responsibility for third party-due diligence processes and third-party management through a digital application
  • Proven track record of project management skills
  • Track record of working successfully in a matrix environment is beneficial
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Solid technical skills, including software proficiency, data analysis and command of Microsoft Office applications
Language Requirements
  • Excellent command of English – written and spoken. Other languages (incl. German, French) are beneficial
