As Senior Director for HR Strategy & Innovation Office, you will facilitate HR governance and drive the HR strategy process with underlying initiatives and projects as a support function to GVP HRM, its leadership team and COE’s. In addition, you provide best-in-class HR project management methodologies, tools and consulting support to the business and HR community. In line with the overall strategy, you will manage a portfolio of strategic HR projects. You will define and align all functional HR plans with business strategies and objectives to drive business success and impact. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement efforts across the global HR function. You are also key to define HR technology strategies and selection of HR systems and tools in collaboration with HRIS and HR Operations.
Your tasks
  • Lead a team of 4 employees currently as well as activities and priority setting
  • Own processes, methods and tools related to HR Strategy, HR Governance, HR Vendor Selection, HR Project/Program Management, HR aspects of M&A
  • Supports HR strategy process in collaboration with HRM Leadership Team
  • Continuously collaborate with CoE’s, HR Operations and HR Business Partnering to ensure that they are aligned with the overall HR strategy, initiatives and priorities
  • Project Lead cross-HR integration efforts (e.g. HRM large-scale M&A transaction)
  • Lead HR governance groups around established programs, processes, tools and data
  • Proactive HR Portfolio Management with focus on impact and continuous improvement
  • Define governance principles and KPIs for HR function
  • Leverage understanding of the organization’s and business’ needs to design fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Drive trend scouting and innovation process in HR
  • Startup major new HR solutions and hand over to process owners Set standards and enable HR process and products owners to create and maintain high quality solutions
  • Define HR and workforce metrics, design data collection and reporting procedures (Daily Management)
  • Provide business insights and recommendation based on HR reports and workforce analytics
  • Translate insights and opportunities into compelling presentations for different audiences
  • Define the digital HR strategy, including automation and digital employee experience in close collaboration with the CoE’s and HR Operations
Your profile
  • University degree in Business, Engineering or a HR related field e.g. Psychology, Business and/or Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences
  • Further education in general management, strategy and or digital process design is highly preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience in a global HR or HR Consulting role working in a HR Project Management Office environment and/or Digital HR Strategy in a global corporate environment
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Design thinking are beneficial
  • Constantly evolve as a leader with a continuous (self) improvement and learning mindset
  • Natural ability to see change as an opportunity, embrace it and bring it to life
