Your responsibilities
  • Analysis of more complex malfunctions, troubleshooting work on all UPS systems incl. preparation of detailed reports
  • Installation, assembly, commissioning incl. acceptance with customer of complex UPS and battery systems
  • Preparation of training documentation and implementation of instruction and training of customers
  • Introduction, training and further development of service technicians incl. providing training documentation
  • Preventive maintenance work including component replacement on UPS and battery systems
  • Management of service projects and technical support of service technicians
  • On-call service (24/365)
  • Care and maintenance of measuring instruments, electrotechnical equipment and tools
Your background
  • Lead function in creating technical electrical diagrams (in detail).
  • Impeccable behavioral competence in everything
  • > 12. years internal UPS experience
  • At least Dipl. HF technician training in the technical field
  • Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering
  • English written and oral negotiation skills
  • Customer oriented appearance
