Honeywell in Switzerland is part of the Southern Europe, therefore the company is constantly expanding and developing. Due to dynamic environment we are looking for a professional to provide HR support for the business lines and functions.

Key purpose of the role will be partnering with teams and executive leaders in implementation of general HR processes, providing high quality HR support and leading HR agenda related to business projects, initiatives and further ramp-up of the site. Ensuring human resources for the legal entity to achieve business growth and other goals. Aligning critical human resources principles with business objectives. Driving the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups. Building a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Driving continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing support to biz leaders to ensure legal compliance within swiss locations and meeting their business goals through people
  • Supporting the business and cooperation with business and other HR support function leaders.
  • Active engagement in staffing, organizational development and talent management, support recruitment and selection process
  • Actively drive Honeywell organization culture
  • Work with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver on compensation, organizational development, and workforce planning strategies to address the current and future needs of the business
  • Coach managers on optimal workforce utilization, talent management and succession planning, and performance differentiation
  • Ensure implementation of HR strategy and procedures in alignment with business objectives / requirements. Regular follow up on action plan and goal status
  • Train / Advise managers in HR processes and people management
  • Active participation in organization development activities and other HR projects
  • Providing regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Supporting new hires in their assimilation to the organization, ensuring their onboarding is successful

Necessary skills and qualifications:

  • Must possess a University degree, fluent English and French
  • 5 -7 years+ working experience in HR, preferably as HR business partner/HRG / HR specialist
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Excellent interpersonal, partnering and communication skills
  • Strong influencer and someone people like working with, courage and ability to influence at different levels across the organization
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong business acumen and good with data
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly dynamic and agile environment
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Global mindset and ability to operate in a matrix environment
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly
