CONTEXT

In the context of the Luxury New Retail program, materialized by a new partnership for Richemont B2C (eCommerce) activities, Richemont Group Logistics is responsible to manage in the most efficient and standardized way all changes in its logistics operating model in the existing eCommerce operations, across all Richemont distribution centres worldwide.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will act as Project Manager (PM) and Deputy Business Process Integrator (BPI) in the Luxury New Retail (LNR) program:

The BPI is expert of the Richemont logistics Operating model, in charge of supporting all projects having impacts on it, validating all proposed changes and coordinating the implementation of changes within logistics operations as well as the technical implementation with Group platforms.

Being PM and deputy-BPI means:
  • Project management and coordination with key LNR project stakeholders to collect and understand the needs and potential changes/evolutions in logistics operating model brought by the integration of the new partnership
  • Share with Richemont logistics in Regions and with central BPI to define potential issues or challenges.
  • Identification of potential logistics impacts related to process standardization across Regions and coordination with Ecom Logistics Operating Model project team to assess and support its implementation
  • Organize all necessary meetings with appropriate stakeholders to complete the understanding, identify consequences of impacts, bring challenges, and validate changes to be implemented
  • Coordinate with Group platforms the definition and follow-up of changes on Richemont systems
  • Report to LNR program manager the progress / issues / risks / … of the logistics part of the program.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Background in engineering or business school
  • Significant experience in leading logistics projects (minimum 8 years)
  • Very good understanding of processes in logistics operations (warehousing and/or transportation and/or customs)
  • Prior experience in WMS in a logistics warehouse (knowledge in SAP EWM is a plus)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze information, identify problems and develop action
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, independent, with ability to work within an interdisciplinary and multi-functional international environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from business, technical and operational backgrounds
  • Prior insight in working with a complex, large, matrix organization
  • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken. Any other language spoken with ease is an undeniable plus.
