You are the main interface for our Audéo solution portfolio, leading all audiology related topics in regards to the product line. The Audéo line is the best-selling hearing aid product line from Phonak.

You are the audiological specialist for the Audéo line and know how the products are used, fitted, and what benefits can be expected. You help the business units and product development teams to define new products, trigger audiological benchmark tests, and have a strong interface to the clinical teams to define the validation studies and claim substantiation.

Your tasks
  • Owner and lead of the audiological content for the category
  • Main interface in new solution development from early stages on
  • Drive R&D to define claims and initiate studies to support product launches
  • Collaborate with product managers during product development to own audiological side
  • Be the voice of audiology in the launch team during the launch and campaign process
  • Create audiological content used to support the launch
  • Manage/plan/execute local trainings required for the launch
  • Support local organizations during their launch training (upon request)
  • Support local organizations with "2nd level" customer support on audiological topics
  • Contribute in continuous improvement processes and / or strategic initiatives

Your profile
  • University degree in Audiology
  • Strong commercial experience working with project teams to deliver impactful messages
  • Large experience fitting hearing aids in clinic
  • Experience developing and delivering train the trainers
  • Broad knowledge of hearing technology
  • Ability to work in multi-functional teams
  • Effective presenter
  • Excellent English skills, written and spoken; German is a plus
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
