Job ID: 33803 | Location: Pratteln, Canton of Basel-Landschaft, SwitzerlandWe are looking for Senior Manager - Executive Compensation (m/f/d) to sculpt and deliver an executive compensation strategy that rewards and incentivizes our leadership team to deliver world class performance. Leaning on your years of experience, you provide attractive LTI solutions that foster future -orientated and sustainable successes.Responsibilities
  • Take on the management of our global long-term incentive plans
  • Proactively review, design and recommend executive compensation programs, guidelines and policies in alignment with our business strategy
  • Prepare and present quantitative and qualitative market analyses and modeling in both an executive summary and detailed format to enable decision making
  • In collaboration with HR, Legal and Finance, ensure timely execution and administration of executive compensation processes and payouts
  • Ensure the design, monitoring and payout of various cash and equity awards are done in accordance with policies, governance and accounting practices
  • Act as a first point of contact for the Executive Steering Committee and Board of Directors and be the liaison to the external providers (e.g. tax, payroll)
  • Develop and issue education and communication materials of our executive compensation programs in close collaboration with stakeholders such as Finance, Treasury and Communications
  • Support the development of executive compensation materials for the Executive Steering Committee and the Board of Directors
  • Identify and drive improvements of related tools, templates and technology solutions
Requirements
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
  • You bring a proven track record in Executive Compensation and LTI plan design and execution
  • Experienced in direct collaboration with senior leadership with ability to influence strategy development and implementation,
  • Ability to work under pressure in extremely fast paced environment with challenging objectives
  • Experience in industrial environment would be an asset
  • Very good communication skills and team player spirit
  • Excellent command of English and German in written & verbal form
