Proclinical are recruiting a Strategic Insights Lead, Senior Manager for a pharmaceutical establishment. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Glattbrugg. The client is focused on discovering the correct remedies for people.

Responsibilities
  • Direct tactical projects with significant business examination gears such as TA prioritisation assessment, LCM prospects, etc.
  • Handle general market research/ business examination processes and budget, guaranteeing adherence to conformity and safety guidelines.
  • You will outline and follow pertinent KPIs.
  • Guide competitive intelligence supervising for the allocated brand(s).
  • Serve as a HQ mediator to associates, adopting best practice sharing and cooperation across prediction, CI and market research.
  • To assist in evolving tactical and operational method, you will offer acumens and predictions on markets, competitors, clints and patients to the brand teams.
  • The ideal candidate will guide the evolvement of acumens production / business analysis plans.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.
Skills & Requirements
  • Educated to an advanced degree level in a science, engineering, business administration or statistics discipline.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience working in a top tier consulting business &/or in tactical planning/ analytics/acumens roles within a Pharma/Biopharma organisation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a well-known consulting organisation.
  • Acquaintance in assisting with global product launches with market acumens / business planning.
  • Knowledge in forming prediction models / business cases.
  • Research abilities with familiarity with key market research strategies / practices both quantitative and qualitative, which involves know-how in designing questionnaires, data analysis techniques and statistics.
  • Analytical and data visualisation abilities within Excel and capable of seeing beyond the numbers.
  • Communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to deliver presentations.
  • Leadership capabilities.
  • Shareholder management skills with the capacity to manage time efficiently.
  • Able to organise various initiatives concurrently with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in the English language.
