This position will be supporting to drive special projects including SLOB wars, Network projects & Sustainability that help unlock GP, MNI, FCF etc. for the Essentials and Skin Health Supply Chain.

The position will report to the Strategic Program Director, Essential & Skin Health EMEA

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Strategic Network Project Management activities, which also includes remodeling of current network and propose new models that drives efficiency and helps reduce costs in our supply chain
  • Lead SLOB Wars program for the region across franchises
    • Responsibilities include setting up a robust governance framework with Clusters, IM plants, EMs
    • Ensure Latest Thinking numbers for P&L & B/S with clusters are available with risks and opportunities mapped with mitigation plans
    • Lead the SLOB action planning meeting with Clusters thru a structured approach to ensure action
    • Co-Own and Deliver the Stretch SLOB targets for the region
    • Rejuvenated focus on SLOB Wars driving workstreams for SLOB prevention
  • Develop and implement a robust process to continually generate new value maximization opportunities
  • Align and leverage end to end Supply Chain teams for GP improvement roadmap for EH/SH
  • Support on the sustainability agenda and roadmap for EMEA and focus on how Supply Chain can play a pivotal role to drive the same for the region
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must. MBA, or other advanced degree is preferred. A degree in engineering, supply chain, or relevant field is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of diverse experience across different areas of the Supply Chain is needed, including direct experience with Project and Portfolio management
  • Proven ability to manage interrelated projects and analyze a diverse set of data and understand supply chain issues to develop solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge with demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver results
  • Business and financial acumen with demonstrated analytical skills including understanding of financial principles and ability to leverage this to make sound business decisions and/or recommendations to achieve business goals is a must for this role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to changing business and organizational dynamics. Leadership qualities with collaborating, networking, and influencing are needed to succeed in this role
