About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will co-create the global recruiting strategy and both lead and execute the delivery of TA services across EMEA. This is a strategic role reporting into the Global Head of Talent.
This key role will help design the roadmap for the evolution of TA services within the organisation, driving talent acquisition both strategically and operationally, understanding our organisational culture and individual roles to proactively source, attract and recruit great talent consistently through devising creative, non-traditional methods and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Your responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
  • Own and refine the recruitment and hiring process, making it more strategic, long-term and proactive with a focus on identifying, sourcing and engaging with top talent for current and future roles.
  • Apply a rigorous quality lens to all hires, ensuring a focus on hiring great talent consistently.
Recruitment Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the CHRO, Head of Talent and HRBPs to develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies aligned with overall talent acquisition goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and industry best practices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s employer brand and employee value proposition to effectively communicate and promote them in recruitment marketing initiatives.
Employer Branding:
  • Deliver research and best practice proposition on Employer Branding.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the employer brand through consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and employee testimonials, to showcase MS Re culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Ensure all recruitment marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and reflect MS Re’s values.
Recruitment Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards etc.
  • Optimise campaign performance by analysing data, monitoring metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Candidate Experience:
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience at all touchpoints, from initial awareness to application and onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate journey based on feedback, metrics, and industry benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, and use data to inform improvements in the hiring process.
  • Track and analyse recruitment marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment marketing best practices.
Local
  • Implement recruitment activities and facilitate selection process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Interact with candidates and line management on recruitment topics and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Manage external vendors to ensure the resources for timely and qualitative business need coverage
  • Effectively partner with HRBPs, Senior Reward Manager and the business
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, managers and HR team
Your profile
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisation Design, or Communications
  • Proven experience in Talent acquisition (at least 7 to 10 years)
  • Recent experience in internal recruitment
  • Experience in using social media platforms and digital marketing for recruitment purposes
  • Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Able to help foster and support a positive, inclusive, diverse and high-performing culture
  • Experience in a fast-moving, scale-up business
  • Experience of working in a small global team and the ability to get up to speed with the operations of the business
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative, suggest improvements and to take the lead on driving things forward
  • German, French, English language
