In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Führung und Überwachung der Kreditoren Buchhaltung im SAP System und für das Ausführen von wöchentlichen ZahlungenHow you will create a beautiful impact:
  • Eingehende Lieferanten Rechnungen prüfen, weiterleiten per Workflow
  • Genehmigte Rechnungen verbuchen
  • Wöchentlicher Zahlungslauf ausführen
  • Verbuchung der Bankbelastungen
  • Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Stellen
  • Prüfen und Bearbeiten von eingehenden Mahnungen
  • Interne Rückruflisten der pendenten Rechnungen erstellen und verschicken
  • Neue Lieferanten eröffnen

  • Gute buchhalterische Kenntnisse
  • Flair für Zahlen, kommunikativ
  • SAP Kenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
