Job Description

Main responsibilities of EFG Investment Partners Equity Specialists
  • Manage and coordinate the EFG equity approved, recommended and thematic lists.
  • Generate equity recommendations targeted at the broad needs and opportunities of advisory clients. Equity Switch opportunities are a particular focus area.
  • Write factsheets and short messages related to equity recommendations.
  • Closely collaborate with the equity structured product desk on idea generation.
  • Advise larger advisory clients of the bank on their equity holdings. In this capacity, presentation and social interaction skills with wealthy individuals are essential.
  • Advisory equity specialists must be able to advise on equity globally but are regionally specialized on content production (US, Europe, Asia). There is a total of 4 advisory equity specialists.
  • This team is supported by and closely interacting with the equity research team and fund managers.
Skills And Experience
  • Several years of equity selection experience either on the sell or buy side.
  • Master in finance. CFA is a key additional asset.
  • Excellent presentation and sales skills.
  • Fluent (oral and writing) in English with additional language skills (Russian, Greek, German, French, Italian & Spanish are key client languages).
