Job Description

Within the Credit department, the Head of Lombard Credit Administration is responsible for the implementation of the credit limit, for the preparation and the management of the documentation in relation to the credit transaction and for the handling of standard small credit requests.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth management of administration part of the credit flow;
• Review and analysis of corporate document;
• Issuing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, including Murahaba Financing;
• Ensuring the quality of the archiving system;
• Handling of administrative tasks such as pledge registration, audit confirmation, account closing, etc.;
• Leading the Lombard Credit Administration Team and supporting / training team members;
• Setting-up and maintaining credit lines in the IT systems;
• Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the IT systems;
• Providing operational advice to the PB side and to the affiliates;
• Managing credit reviews to ensure they are completed in a timely manner;
• Participating in global credit project involving the Lombard Credit Administration.
  

Skills And Experience

• Professional experience in Credit Administration and in national and international financial markets (min. 10 years);
• Knowledge in Life Insurance Policy products would be a plus;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment ;
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team player;
• Solution oriented and pragmatic;
• Good command of the MS Office suite;
• Fluent English, written and verbal. Italian, French or German would be a plus.
