Job Description

As an integral part of the HR Management Office, the HR Business Analyst will help to structure and implement projects as well as gather and analyse information to problem-solve on key issues across the global HR department. She/he will have exposure to all HR functional areas globally and expected to become a reference person to support the HR department on multiple-level activities.

Main responsibilities
  • Contribute to HR strategic initiatives and project management activities, employing a business-oriented mindset and use data-driven solutions to drive group-wide initiatives and achieve HR priorities
  • Develop presentations and reports and coordinate and oversee the preparation of monthly documentation for the bank’s management committees
  • Perform ad-hoc and recurring data analyses
  • Work closely with staff members both within the global HR department and across the bank on project deliverables and ad-hoc requests
  • Support the HR annual budget cycle by interacting with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure budget monitoring and controlling, both in terms of HR costs and FTEs trend at group level
Skills And Experience
  • University degree, preferably in business administration, economics, engineering or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting or within structured HR departments of international companies
  • International exposure, either in a work-related or academic context
  • Experience in project management and ability to liaise with varied stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
  • Very strong analytical skills and passionate for problem-solving
  • Proactive and positive attitude with relentless energy and intellectual curiosity
  • Highly flexible and with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Client and people oriented, able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data and information
  • Excellent English skills (mandatory); able to thoughtfully structure key messages, information and presentations with clarity and impact
  • Excellent Excel skills, solid skills in MS Office programs
