Group Sanctions Screening is responsible for ensuring service at consistent high quality as cost efficient as possible, while adhering to all compliance requirements. The aim is to Deliver and operate best-in-class sanction filter solution / Provide expertise as the global competence centre regarding the sanction filter system / Offer excellent service for sanctions handling / Adhere to compliance requirements and support partners hereby / Ensure client focus and client satisfaction across all services / Maintain the false positives rate on a stable level

Your future colleagues
The Group Sanctions Screening team is covering the following activities in detail

Production;

  • Ensure that sanctions screening is performed according to working instructions, guidelines and policies and agreed SLAs
  • Perform List and Rules (List Management and Repeat Payment Monitoring process) and OFAC announcement updates Ensure complete, correct and timely updates of rules and lists (e.g. hit analysis, white list requests, FML rules)
  • Ensure that central and global sanction filters are compliant at all times (complete, correct and timely updates of rules and lists)
  • Ensure that documentation (e.g. emails, change requests, analysis, manuals, guidelines) is correct and regularly reviewed (e.g. content, format, traceability)
  • Look for further hits volume reduction in the sanction filter environment (e.g. hit analysis, white list requests, FML rules)

Infrastructure;

  • Review and adapt processes to the changing clients’ needs and market practices as well as to the evolving regulatory framework, and also supporting the implementation of new ISO standard mapping
  • Perform reviews on a yearly basis (e.g. Global Minimum Standard) to ensure correctness of compliance requirements
  • Perform mandatory upgrades of the Sanction Filter , FircoSoft Utilities (e.g. FMM, FML) and resource file

Advisory;

  • Advise and support as SME in sanction filter projects or related CS internal projects
  • Liaise and act as competence centre between compliance, IT, international locations and other stakeholders

Compliance & Efficiency

  • Ensure that sanction filters are compliant at all times (complete, correct and timely updates of rules and lists) and processes adhere to legal and compliance requirements.
  • Look for further efficiency gains and implement them if feasible, and ensure stability of its application
Your skills and experience

You’ll be a good match, if you have

  • Bachelor of Economics or Science with further additional training beneficial
  • Proven knowledge of sanctions and messaging advantageous
  • Proven experience in statistics and reporting advantageous
  • Experiences in project management advantageous
  • Motivating and performance-oriented communication skills
  • Well organized and structured working style
  • Strong in developing and implementing solutions and measures, even if encountering resistance
  • Stays calm in fast-paced circumstances
  • Good know how on MS office toolset, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English is required, German is an asset
