Your field of responsibility


Global Messaging Services is the global competence center and single point of contact for all financial messaging usage und development within Credit Suisse. The team ensures that the bank is internally and externally connected for purpose of processing its transactions. It pursues a full-service approach for messaging including processing and standards.
This role as a Group Messaging Services Specialist allows you to take ownership of Setup/technical onboardings and configurations as well as after go-live support of Private SWIFT Network - and Swift for Corporates-Clients.
Configurations of SWIFT Message-Types on clients and counterparties relations
Administration of RMA-keys (Relationship Management Application)
Distribution of Broadcasts/Free Format Messages and BIC Maintenance / Address Books
SWIFT Administrator role for all Credit Suisse SWIFT BICs
This is also an opportunity to collaborate on projects with external clients and internal stakeholders.

Your skills and experience


We should meet if you can say “yes” to the following:

  • You have Banking/commercial education or equivalent
  • Outstanding ability to build positive relationships and connect with a broad variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in Banking and Finance (ideally in Global Messaging and SWIFT as an advantage)
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Attentive to details, result-oriented and able to work independently
  • Self-driven, motivated to work in an international environment
  • You have a can-do attitude and are a team-player that thrives in a results-oriented environment
  • You are proficient in German and English
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
