Your field of responsibility


The position is to strengthening the Global Sustainability Tech team to deliver reporting and data analytics capabilities around Carbon Emissions, ESG, Investment and Lending portfolios as well as internal corporate reference data.
This will entail

  • Analyzing, documenting, coordinating, and managing requirements regarding new data sourcing, data transformation, reporting & analytics functionalities to be developed
  • Defining the Sustainability data ontology and data model
  • Understanding and documenting the corporate sustainability frameworks business workflows
  • Complying with architecture, legal, and project management guidelines and policies
  • Testing specification and execution

You will join a highly qualified and motivated IT team, operating in Zurich, Lausanne, and Pune. You will work very closely with the Product Owner and the Global Sustainability Business. The role is well suited for a detailed oriented and hands-on individual who enjoys working effectively with cross-functional teams (internal subject matter experts, data suppliers, release management).


Your skills and experience

  • Business analysis / Requirement Engineering skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Knowledge / Interest in Climate Change and Sustainable Finance
  • Experience with at least one of the following data querying and manipulation languages and tools: Impala, SQL, Python, Jupyter Lab, Excel, BI Tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik)
  • Experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality concepts
  • Experience in Data Modelling (UML)
  • Experience in Agile requirements, with Scrum and SAFe frameworks
