Your field of responsibility
  • An exciting Business Support function in our Wealth Management division, located in the heart of Zurich
  • In this role, you support the Head of UHNWI Middle East and his management team in the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • You will be in charge of leading the Market Area Management Committee jointly with the Market Area Head UHNWI Middle East
  • You will also be responsible for wide range of business management topics and operational tasks collaborating closely with front teams and relationship managers
  • You will build and maintain a management rhythm and processes that improve client experience and regulatory compliance
  • You drive best-practice risk management by ensuring high quality services related to risk topics (e.g., money laundering prevention, regulatory and legal obligations, cross border risks, fraud prevention etc.)
  • You have the possibility to support the periodic and ad-hoc client review processes, to report findings to our senior management, and to define appropriate measures
  • You are responsible for conducting assessments of politically exposed persons and sensitive clients in the Middle East region as part of a compliance onboarding process
  • You will build strong positive partnerships with Senior UHNWI RMs, Client Management, BA Advisory & Sales team, and other partners across the wider Wealth Management division

Your future colleagues


You will be managing one direct report, with Focus on Risk & Control and closely coordinate with the PA of Head UHNWI Middle East. Furthermore, you will be working hand in hand with the Head of UHNWI Middle East and will have direct exposure to the Business Area Head, BA COO and the other Market Leaders and Members of the BA Management Committee. Your peers will be the Team Leaders running the Relationship Managers and the corresponding Heads of Advisory and Sales as well as Client Management. You will also have direct interaction with Relationship Managers and Client Managers. Your skills and experience
  • A completed university degree or equivalent banking or finance experience
  • You have gained 5+ years of experience in a similar function in the finance industry, preferably in Front Office, Business Support, Legal or Compliance; Additional experience in the Private Banking business is a big advantage.
  • You have excellent analytical, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You possess a high degree of flexibility, strong problem-solving skills and a distinct focus on quality
  • You are experienced with databases and have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in English is required; German and any other language are an advantage
