We’re looking for an experienced client account manager with financial market affinity who aims to develop into an Investment Advisor role:
  • Operational excellence in daily GFO business: you are familiar with the specific tasks of a CAM with regard to Risk, Legal, Compliance, Suitability, KYC/AML
  • be the point of entry for complex client requests, e.g. onboarding, documentation, trade execution
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
  • support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings
  • join client advisor in client meetings
  • interest to grow into an Investment Advisor role by being involved in the sales activities with the aim to take on deputization of the Investment Advisor

Global Family Office (GFO) is a unique joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) and UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFO serves some of the largest institutional Family Office clients that require both, GWM services and access to IB capabilities, often across countries and booking centers. GFO offers comprehensive and highly personalized financial services to satisfy our clients’ sophisticated needs.

You’ll be working in the Emerging Markets team in Zurich. You’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with your team members. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

  • financial services experience within a client facing team
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial qualifications
  • solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
  • effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
  • interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
  • sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
  • superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
  • excellent skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset
