This exciting position provides an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to play an active role in the servicing of Financial Intermediaries (FIM) domiciled in the UBS Wealth Management Global Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia/Pacific (APAC). In this role, you will be a key team member in ensuring superior client experience by providing excellent administrative and organizational support in all client-related processes. As a main point of contact for our Financial Intermediaries you are delivering optimal support service in processing orders and dealing with queries. The position offers great development possibilities into other front roles in Switzerland or one of our other FIM Booking Centers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
- assisting the Client Advisors and the Business Developers with administrative/organizational arrangements and client processes for optimal support service delivery
- process all client-related orders independently (execute stock exchange orders, payments, opening/closing of accounts)
- dealing with FIM queries and troubleshooting through specialized transactional process knowledge
- dealing with client requests in direct and frequent contact with FIM by phone and email; you are expected to service a number of existing FIM fairly independently
- main Markets of support coverage: Middle East, Singapore & Hong Kong
- assist in the handling and resolution of risk, compliance and document related matters in close collaboration with the desk’s Process & Risk Specialist
- deputize Client Advisors and other Assistants during their absences

You will be working within the Financial Intermediaries (FIM) team in Zurich. We are responsible for delivering high quality services to professional Financial Intermediaries. We work closely with various departments within Wealth Management to ensure the best execution for our clients. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
- apprenticeship in a bank or higher banking education with concrete work experience in the Wealth Management Front Office area
- good knowledge of UBS Banking tools and processes used in the Wealth Management Front Office as well as MS-Office applications
- sound understanding of process and risk related requirements within a complex Wealth Management environment
- genuine interest in products and markets
- fluency in Englisch, Mandarin is a plus
- ability to represent UBS in a highly professional manner in front of Financial Intermediaries (mainly by e-mail and phone)
- strong client and service orientation, readiness to go the extra mile
- autonomous and dynamic personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
- flexibility and ability to cope with pressure
- team player who positively and proactively fosters collaboration
- handling complex situations and relationships, delivering against high ambitions and expectations whilst maintaining attention to detail
