Your role

Are you looking for a new challenge in an interesting and dynamic international environment?

We are looking for a Compliance Officer for WM Europe, Middle East & Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific booking center Switzerland in Zürich who will:

  • assume responsibility to ensure compliance with current legal and regulatory standards
  • resolve sensitive cases with regard to money laundering aspects, regulatory and reputation risks
  • perform risk assessments and file money laundering reports
  • advise on complex transactions and structures
  • engage in change the Bank and growth projects
  • provide advice to management and client advisors
  • develop and conduct training for client facing and Compliance staff

Your team

You will be working in the Global Wealth Management Europe, Middle East & Africa, Latin America & Asia Pacific team in Zurich. Our team covers international clientele in booking center Switzerland as well as in relevant on-shore locations.

Your expertise

  • several years of experience in a compliance function or other practical white-collar crime or investigative experience with a law or audit firm, banking regulator or prosecutor
  • strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • a master’s degree in law, economics, finance, or similar
  • proven experience in a compliance function or other practical white-collar crime or investigative experience with a law or audit firm, banking regulator or prosecutor
  • analytic, accurate and structured and able to work well under pressure
  • result-oriented, assertive and pro-active in your approach
  • comfortable working independently, as well as collaborating in a team
